By submitting and paying for your membership you are agreeing to the following: –

I the undersigned apply for membership of the above society and if accepted agree by the Constitution and Rules which I can request for North of Ireland Sheepdog Society I confirm that the above information is accurate. Membership Fee must be accompanying this application. Please note that by subscribing to and paying the North of Ireland Sheepdog Society you are consenting to our following Privacy Notice (policy).

Paper copies of your data will also be stored security and accessed only by the secretary of North of Ireland Sheepdog Society. For the purposes of Data Protection North of Ireland Sheepdog Society is the Data Controller. What is personal data? Personal data is data, which is to identify you, this may include your name, address, telephone number etc. How will you use my data? Your data will primarily be used for purposes of sheepdog trials. Can I withhold my consent? Yes. If you do not wish to give consent to record your data. No personal data will be given by North of Ireland Sheepdog Society. However, North of Ireland Sheepdog Society secretary may contact you if required.

Please Note- If you are wanting to become a new member of the North of Ireland Sheepdog Society.  The committee will review your membership form and you will then be contacted if your membership has been approved or not been approved.
